Order & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Accurate shipping costs will apply at checkout.

Delivery / Shipping Timelines & Expectations?

1 - 2 Days to fulfil orders from date of purchase unless the product advises it's a special order / pre order item.

I've been invoiced for duties and taxes on my order, do I have to pay?

You are required to pay duties and taxes on their online orders because these fees are imposed by the government of the country where the goods are being delivered. The amount of duty and tax is typically calculated based on the value of the goods being imported and is intended to protect the country's economy, control the flow of goods, and generate revenue for the government. It is important to note that duties and taxes are separate from shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What shipping services do you offer?

We provide a range of shipping services that cater to different needs, from economy to next-day priority. Our courier partners include Sendle, DHL, USPS, Fedex, and UPS. Depending on your location, you may be presented with multiple options, so please select the one that best suits your requirements.

Can I return, refund, or exchange my purchase?

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at info@cnc.store with your order number and any relevant details.

All sales are final.

Exchanges may be accommodated only if the requested item is in stock.

Pre-Order

When will my pre-order ship?

Please allow 6–8 weeks for production and delivery of all pre-ordered items. Each piece is made with intention, and we ask for your patience while we complete the process.

Can I cancel or get a refund on my pre-order?

All pre-orders are non-refundable. Once your order is placed, materials and production are committed to your piece.

What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship together once the pre-order items are ready. If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.

Do you ship pre-orders internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For orders outside Australia, please note that if your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order is complete.

Will I receive updates on my pre-order?

Yes. You’ll receive email updates when your order is confirmed, when production is underway, and once your order has shipped.
